To the staff of Cranbrook Loans, I am writing this letter to thank everyone who was involved in my recent mortgage. From start to finish, they made the entire process very easy. The loan officers walked me through every step, helping me with which documents I needed to obtain and how to make the necessary corrections to my credit report. Their customer service was like none other I have ever experienced in any other dealings I have ever been through. With every step they kept me well informed, with a phone call every Tuesday just to let me know what was going on, and constant contact and updates via email as well. It was refreshing to have them contacting me frequently, rather than leaving voice mails and waiting for callbacks like I have experienced in the past. They worked very hard to put together a mortgage to fit my needs and were even able to get me approved for a grant from the state to help offset the cost of my closing costs, freeing up money for moving expenses and other household items I needed.​

And to top it off, on moving day they sent pizza to my new house for us, which was much appreciated! So far I have been able to send one close friend to them, and plan to send them as much business as I possibly can. Thanks for everything!​
